About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling to existing customers to:
Understand and resolve any issues they may be facing.
Gauge their satisfaction and ensure a high happiness index.
Handling Inbound Calls/WhatsApp Queries from existing customers promptly and professionally.
Upselling our other financial products and services to current customers to generate additional revenue.
2. Communicating Updates:
Makingoutboundcallstoinformclientsaboutnewstockrecommendations,exitcalls, and any important portfolio updates.
3. Review Collection:
Encouraging satisfied clients to share their positive experiences through Google Reviews.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues raised, and upsell achievements using CRM tools.
Candidate requirements:
Strong Knowledge of Stock Markets and related financial products (mandatory).
Excellent Communication Skills in both Hindi and English.
Proven experience in sales or upselling (minimum 1 years preferred).
Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to understand client behavior and identify upsell opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools.
