About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with the lead generation team to ensure a steady flow of qualified franchise leads
2. Maintain and update the MIS for franchise leads, tracking their status such as calls, warm leads, and not interested
3. Qualify potential franchisees based on predefined criteria
4. Communicate the value propositions of organization's franchise opportunities effectively
5. Assist potential franchisees in selecting the right franchise option
6. Complete the franchise sales process from initial contact to LOI signing and collection of the Franchise Fee
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate and promote leads
9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead pipelines, and market feedback to the management team
