Key responsibilities:1. Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
2. Manage patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
4. Maintain patient records and update daily logs
5. Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
6. Assist with billing and payment collection (cash, UPI, card, etc.)
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
