Key responsibilities:1. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
2. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
3. Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate person or department.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
5. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
6. Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management.
7. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
8. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
9. Support HR/admin teams with clerical tasks when required.
