Role OverviewThis is a remote, full-time position for a Full Stack Developer dedicated to managing and improving Jobgap's core application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both day-to-day application maintenance and building automation solutions that streamline internal operations and enhance client-facing services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and optimize all front-end and back-end components of the Jobgap application.
2. Design, develop, and deploy automation tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve platform efficiency.
3. Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and implement upgrades to ensure application reliability.
4. Ensure the security and scalability of all application code.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a production environment.
2. Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
3. Experience with designing and maintaining automation scripts (e.g., using Python, shell scripting, or workflow orchestration tools).
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
5. Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team setting.
