1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Java full-stack development
2. Cover front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular) and back-end (Java, Spring, Hibernate) technologies
3. Conduct hands-on sessions, live coding workshops, and real-time project training
4. Create and manage course content, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments
5. Guide students on assignments, capstone projects, and mock interviews
6. Provide 1:1 mentorship and feedback to students, identifying areas for improvement
7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, tools, and trends in full-stack development
8. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with placement goals
