Job Title: Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) (AX)Location: Chennai (WFO)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 1+ Years
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in the Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, etc.).
2. Work on implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
3. Analyze and resolve functional issues and service requests raised by users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O configurations.
4. Document business processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Assist in data migration, testing activities (SIT, UAT), and deployment planning.
5. Support integration between D365 F&O and other systems/tools (e.g., Power Platform, third-party apps).
6. Keep up with updates and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
