About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Support the team in planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic and operational goals.
2. Manage on-ground project implementation by coordinating across departments and external partners.
3. Coordinate and communicate with partner organizations, stakeholders, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
4. Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for project performance and impact using Excel or other tools.
5. Assist in drafting reports, proposals, presentations, and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and accountability.
7. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for the timely completion of projects.
8. Represent the organization during field activities, stakeholder meetings, and local events as required.
9. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing for internal learning and external reporting.
10. Take initiative in improving internal systems, processes, or feedback loops.
NOTE: Combination of field visits and backend operations.
