About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Collect feedback from site visitors and share it with the team to improve the sales process and customer experience
2. Help clients compare different properties by explaining pros and cons clearly based on their needs
3. Keep track of special offers, discounts, and limited-period deals and inform clients on time
4. Support clients with booking token amounts and guide them step-by-step through the next procedures
5. Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure all client documents and forms are submitted correctly and on time
6. Arrange video calls or virtual property tours for clients who cannot visit the site in person
7. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new projects, prices, and selling techniques
Requirements:
1. Communicate clearly and confidently both in speaking and writing, ensuring clients understand every step without confusion
2. Guide buyers effectively by sharing knowledgeable advice helping them feel secure and motivated to move forward with a purchase
3. Understand and respond quickly to what each customer wants offering choices that fit their personal goals and lifestyle needs
4. Thrive in busy target-driven environments with solid experience working in competitive sales or customer-focused industries
5. Present a clean professional image making a strong impression during client interactions and property presentations
6. Stay well-informed about the local property market including which areas are growing what people are buying and future development plans
7. Use technology comfortably for daily tasks such as entering leads following up with clients or using mobile tools to stay organized
8. Travel regularly for work and own a two-wheeler with a valid license essential for covering areas like Bangalore, Indore and Vadodara
