About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Illustrate and design artwork for board games and card games ranging from cute fruits to epic quests
2. Create packaging, logo, and branding designs that stand out both on shelves and online
3. Prepare files for print and production, ensuring pixel-perfect output for cards, boxes, and manuals
4. Design marketing creatives including social media posts, event banners, and campaign visuals
5. Collaborate on UI and visual design for digital products and websites
Requirements:
1. Present a strong portfolio of illustrations, packaging, or graphic design work
2. Demonstrate knowledge of print production processes including bleeds, dielines, and color formats
3. Show proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and optionally Figma
4. Possess a keen eye for detail, a love for storytelling through visuals, and solid design fundamentals
Bonus Points For:
1. Display passion for board games, video games, or tabletop RPGs
2. Exhibit creative thinking and the ability to generate quirky visual ideas
3. Show interest in animation, motion graphics, or 3D art
4. Have experience with branding and product design across both physical and digital formats
And yes — you’ll playtest the games often, because how else will you bring them to life visually.
