About the Job

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about design, loves bringing ideas to life visually, and wants to be a part of a dynamic marketing team. You'll work closely with content creators, marketers, and brand strategists to design engaging visual content for digital platforms, campaigns, and more 

Key Responsibilities:

A. Graphic & Visual Content Creation
1. Design compelling visuals, graphics, illustrations, and infographics for use across social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
2. Create high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
3. Ensure brand consistency in all visuals by adhering to design guidelines and brand aesthetics

B. Social Media Collaboration
1. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and design visuals that align with social media strategies and campaign goals
2. Support the creation of visual content tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
C. Creative Copy Assistance
1. Contribute to the ideation and writing of catchy, creative copy for visual content like posts, stories, banners, and campaign creatives
2. Collaborate with content writers to ensure designs effectively convey the intended message
D. Multimedia Support (Bonus)
1. Assist in the production of basic multimedia content including short-form videos, GIFs, animations, or reels
2. Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to edit video content, if applicable
