About Us:At Sunlight Sports, we are passionate about design, performance, and brand storytelling. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time and bring our vision to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design visually compelling creatives for social media (Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, carousels) tailored to campaign objectives and platform requirements.
-Create and maintain consistent, high-quality eCommerce templates for product listings across marketplaces and websites.
-Design website visuals — including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and landing page creatives — that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital ads, email creatives, headers, and assets for ongoing campaigns and product launches.
-Ensure brand consistency by developing and adhering to visual guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
-Work closely with content, product, and performance marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful design outputs.
-Deliver optimized assets tailored for digital performance — speed, responsiveness, and clarity.
-Take ownership of projects from brief to delivery, with attention to timelines and feedback loops.
Requirements:
-Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design, preferably in an eCommerce, D2C, or branding environment.
-Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma. Knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics is a plus.
-Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first designs, especially for Instagram, websites, or eCommerce.
-Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
-Soft Skills: Ability to work quickly, take feedback positively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Bonus: Interest or familiarity with sports, fitness, or athleisure industry.
