About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Create and maintain responsive website designs optimized for user experience and user interface
2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web pages
3. Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Ensure website designs are mobile-friendly and meet accessibility standards
5. Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials
6. Work with brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity
7. Create engaging visuals for website banners, icons, infographics, and other digital assets
8. Edit and retouch images as needed
9. Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time
10. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field or equivalent experience
2. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch
3. Understand website development frameworks with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
4. Be familiar with content management systems like WordPress
5. Present a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects
6. Exhibit excellent creativity and visual design skills
7. Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Apply knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
9. Display good communication and teamwork skills
