About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Define and execute the company’s growth roadmap across marketing, partnerships, and product
2. Drive customer acquisition campaigns (organic, paid, partnerships, referral)
3. Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates) and optimize channels
4. Collaborate with the sales, product, and content teams to align business goals
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning
6. Own end-to-end funnels: from lead gen to conversion to retention
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced or startup environment
2. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, CRM, etc.
3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
4. Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, business, or related field
5. Strong understanding of sales funnels, digital marketing, and A/B testing
