About the Job
This isn’t a narrow performance role. We’re looking for a full-fledged growth marketer- someone who’s equally comfortable running experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and diving deep into data. You’ve had hands-on experience with everything from paid campaigns and content to CRM automation, landing page optimization, and cohort analysis.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead growth initiatives: Plan and execute growth experiments across the entire process- from lead gen and conversion to post-acquisition engagement.
2. Own marketing program management: Drive alignment across paid marketing, product, and sales for all marketing-led initiatives.
3. Campaign execution: Coordinate with performance agencies, creative partners, and internal teams to launch and scale marketing campaigns.
4. Analysis: Analyze metrics to uncover insights, improve CAC, conversion rates, and cohort quality.
5. Performance optimization: Continuously track and optimize key metrics like lead quality, cohort performance, and retention.
6. Collaborate with product & tech: Work closely to improve landing pages, attribution tracking, and CRM journey setups.
7. CRM & automation: Help roll out lifecycle campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and other CRM workflows.
8. Experiment & scale: Test new channels, creative strategies, and growth hacks- build what works into repeatable playbooks.
