About Renexio: Renexio is an energy company committed to developing sustainable and efficient fuel solutions, building robust CNG infrastructure across India to promote cleaner energy alternativesRole Overview: You'll be instrumental in establishing and operationalizing our new CNG plants in Hyderabad. This hands-on role requires strong practical experience in fuel station setup and operations, coupled with excellent organizational and team support skills. Initially, you'll focus on liaison and construction management to get our CNG station up and running. Once established, your primary role will transition to the regular, day-to-day management of the CNG station as the Head Manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning
2. Manage budgeting, cost control, and overall financial performance
3. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
4. Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
5. Monitor and enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) compliance
6. Handle administrative tasks and contribute to strategic planning and execution
