We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our health insurance sales team. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a presentable personality, we’d love to meet you. No prior experience in insurance sales is required – just the right mindset and energy to grow with us!Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell health insurance plans to customers.
2. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance options.
3. Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
4. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
5. Maintain accurate records of client information and sales data.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
2. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
3. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English with immediate joiner.
4. Confident, enthusiastic, and presentable personality.
5. Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

1. Fixed in-hand salary of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
