Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct talent search to identify the most suitable candidates in line with client requirements using various domestic and international job portals, social media platforms, headhunting techniques, and reference-based recruitment
2. Reach out to the right candidates using appropriate approach methodologies and convince them to apply for active job openings
3. Interview prospective candidates, test their skills, perform reference checks, and support them throughout the selection process
4. Explain the client company's work culture and job profile to candidates to ensure compatibility and present their information appropriately to the client
5. Coordinate with existing clients and gather new job requirements
6. Collaborate with other talent search specialists, collect CVs, submit them to clients, and provide client feedback to the team
