About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver high-quality training sessions on HR, finance, and operations subjects in a structured offline classroom format
2. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences
3. Design engaging content, case studies, and assessments tailored to industry trends
4. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
5. Ensure timely completion of syllabus and maintain training documentation and reports
6. Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to enhance course delivery
7. Support students in understanding real-time business applications and operational practices
8. Stay updated with the latest industry developments in HR, finance, and operations
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management (BBA/MBA preferred) with specialization in HR, finance, or operations
2. Have minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training students or fresh graduates
3. Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Possess solid subject matter expertise in HRM, financial management, operations, and related domains
5. Show passion for education and mentoring young learners
6. Manage a classroom and engage students effectively in an offline setup
Preferred Attributes:
1. Have exposure to EdTech or the skilling industry
2. Be comfortable using digital tools for content preparation and delivery
3. Handle queries and doubts in a proactive manner
