About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Supervise pre-survey and delivery teams
2. Conduct post-survey demonstrations and train client teams on our application
3. Identify survey insights and develop action plans for clients
4. Guide to existing clients on quarterly progress and action plan implementation
5. Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients
6. Develop training programs for managers, leaders, HR, and employees
7. Assist in designing employee engagement survey questions and modules
8. Assist with HR tasks such as talent acquisition and other functions
9. Assist in ad-hoc projects
10. Work on any other work in your skill or in an adjacent area
