About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Ensure 100% compliance with employees
2. Prepare and maintain HR documentation including policies, contracts, and compliance records
3. Coordinate internal audits and handle government inspections
4. Manage employee onboarding, exits, documentation, and lifecycle updates
5. Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave records accurately
6. Handle payroll coordination and vendor communications for HR services
7. Identify operational gaps and introduce solutions before issues arise
8. Assist in streamlining and automating repetitive HR tasks
9. Support cross-functional teams with HR needs and insights
10. Support a lean, fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
11. Contribute to building a people-first culture with scalable HR practices
12. Collaborate with leadership on strategic hiring, policy updates, and team engagement
