C. Sourcing passive candidates:
1. Proactively seek out individuals who may not be actively searching for a new job but possess the skills and experience needed.
D. Building talent pipelines:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
E. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
1. Carefully assess candidate qualifications based on the job requirements.
F. Conducting initial screenings:
1. Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
G. Coordinating and conducting interviews:
1. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and potentially other team members.
H. Assessing candidate skills and experience:
1. Evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
I. Managing the Recruitment Process:
1. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
J. Negotiating job offers:
