Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Espangle in Gurugram.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR
function, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management,
compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. The
HR Manager will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive work environment for
all employees.
Qualifications
● Proven experience of 2-4 years as an HR Manager or similar role
● Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
● Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
● Hands-on experience with HR software systems
● Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
