Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, with a focus on aviation-related roles.
2. Source candidates through online databases, job boards, and professional networks.
3. Screen applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural alignment.
5. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Draft and publish job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and ensure the timely resolution of HR-related issues.
8. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with HR policies.
9. Prepare HR reports and analyse workforce data to support decision-making.
10. Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment reports, dashboards, and talent pipelines.
11. Ensure seamless communication with candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience.
12. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and contribute to process improvements.
