About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
2. Post job openings across various job portals and social platforms
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring dashboards
4. Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and joining formalities
5. Support walk-in drives, telephonic interviews, and candidate engagement
6. Maintain proper documentation and records for all HR processes
Requirements:
1. Possess 1 year of experience in HR recruitment (EdTech experience is a plus)
2. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Be familiar with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
4. Have basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
5. Show proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
