Key responsibilities:1. Monitor candidate responses and coordinate interview scheduling through phone communication
2. Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates post-interview to gather feedback and update status
3. Assist with end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
4. Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration of new hires
5. Review internal company policies and recommend improvements
6. Assisting in interviews to gain first-hand experience
7. Publish job advertisements on relevant job portals in alignment with recruitment requirements
8. Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
