Key responsibilities:1. Acting as a point of contact for employee queries
2. Supporting team engagement and resolving workplace issues
3. Promoting company values and professional culture
4. Tracking attendance, leave, and working hours
5. Managing leave records and ensuring policy compliance
6. Collating attendance data for payroll processing
7. Coordinating with accounts for timely salary disbursement
8. Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures
9. Assisting in performance evaluation cycles
10. Coordinating feedback and documentation
11. Maintaining office supplies and inventory
12. Organizing and maintaining personnel files
13. Maintaining records of company assets and IT equipment
14. Issuing and retrieving assets on employee entry/exit
15. Assisting in documentation, scheduling, and reports
