Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
3. Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
4. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
6. Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed
7. Support the HR Manager in various HR functions and projects
