About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years in HR operations, managing the employee lifecycle, and handling payroll processing. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
2. Handle HR operations including maintaining employee records, HRIS data updates, and documentation.
3. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and liaise with the finance/payroll team for timely processing.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
5. Assist in HR audits, MIS reporting, and generation of HR letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.).
6. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
7. Support employee engagement, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
