Role overview:
We are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter\Executive to join our team. This position involves sourcing and recruiting talent, through company-provided leads. Preference will be given to female candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source and recruit candidates using leads provided by the company
2. Manage and update candidate information and activities in the CRM system
3. Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
4. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualification
5. Address candidate inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions
6. Initiate contact and build relationships with potential candidates
7. Follow up via phone, email, and social platforms to nurture leads
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a recognized institution
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
3. Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
5. Motivation: Self-driven, target-focused, and team-oriented
