About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
2. Post jobs on various platforms and proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Provide a seamless and positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Assist in campus hiring, walk-ins, and internship drives.
8. Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.
