About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Switchgear Manufacturing Company Private Limited. As the HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and training to employee relations and performance management.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
4. Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance.
6. Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
7. Utilize MS-Office and English proficiency to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
