Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including leave, attendance, payroll, and HRMS administration.
2. Oversee employee documentation, policy implementation, and compliance processes.
3. Drive employee engagement through events, feedback, and internal communication initiatives.
4. Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity.
6. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking strategies.
7. Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure.
8. Liaise with hiring managers and clients to align hiring needs and timelines.
9. Support performance management processes and appraisal documentation.
10. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure timely statutory compliance.
