About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding, facilitating joining formalities, facilitating background checks for employees, and acting as POC for consultants
2. Keeping track of attendance and leaves, handling HR Software and documentation procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
3. Handling finance-related queries and handling yearly forms for employees.
4. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees, preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance, handling all employee inquiries & grievances, compliance adherence, and planning and organizing events.
5. Act as the main point of contact for employee queries.
6. Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
7. Ensure company policies are up to date and followed.
8. Handle basic statutory compliance (PF) and documentation.
