Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
2. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
3. Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit
4. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization
5. Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
7. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive work environment and foster a culture of growth and development
