Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
3. Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
4. Coordinate training & development initiatives.
5. Maintain employee records and manage confidential HR data.
6. Generate HR reports to track KPIs and employee trends.
7. Support management in HR planning and strategic initiatives.
