About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Recruitment & Onboarding
1. Post job listings on platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, etc.).
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
4. Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires/interns.
B. Employee Management
1. Maintain and update employee records and attendance.
2. Assist in performance reviews and probation tracking.
3. Handle queries related to HR policies, leaves, or payroll support.
C. Engagement & Culture
1. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events.
2. Conduct employee feedback surveys and exit interviews.
3. Ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.
D. Administration & Compliance
1. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
2. Help in policy documentation, HR letters, offer letters, and contracts.
3. Assist in HR audits, reporting, and compliance.
