Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT roles.
2. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and social platforms.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to the HR team.
6. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
