Key Responsibilities:1. Analysing & partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
2. Screening the CVs of the candidates from various sources like job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and validating them based on their experience and interest in the role.
3. Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates in various professional disciplines.
4. Reviewing and prioritizing candidate activity, including pre-screens and scheduling interviews.
5. Creating and managing candidate pipelines and assessing candidate qualifications.
6. Job posting on various social media sites.
7. Negotiating and closing candidates with offers and follow-ups.
8. Building a candidate and client relationship.
9. Conducting end-to-end recruitment.
