Employment Type: Full-Time and contract based.
Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements and job descriptions for multiple roles.
2. Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, references, campus drives, etc.
3. Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with clients.
4. Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates to clients and management.
5. Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
6. Assist in drafting job postings and ensuring visibility on relevant platforms.
7. Ensure smooth communication and build positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
8. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and trackers.
Key skills required:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in a consultancy or agency-based recruitment is a plus.
