About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
2. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs
5. Support HR activities related to attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
6. Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communications
7. Assist in employee engagement activities and surveys
8. Assist in compliance and documentation tasks
9. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
