About the Job
We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inbound MICE Project Manager. Based in our Bangalore office, India, you will support our inbound tourism operations for Germany on behalf of our client, Teamseefried (https://teamseefried.digital/en/ ). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination and efficient management of various project management activities related to inbound travel and tourism to Germany.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling inbound travel inquiries, including itinerary planning, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa requirements.
2. Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and customer details.
4. Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the successful delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
6. Monitor and manage travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
7. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, maintaining databases, and preparing reports
