About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined IT infrastructure management intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in BTech or MCA and possess hands-on knowledge in supporting IT infrastructure, user issues, and troubleshooting. You will work alongside our IT team to ensure smooth daily operations and support for users, and gain experience in managing IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for end-users regarding daily IT-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
2. Assist with Office 365 (O365) management, user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
3. Help in configuring and maintaining networking hardware and ensuring network connectivity.
4. Support IT infrastructure setup, including hardware, software, and networking components.
5. Work on configuring and managing hardware setups, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
6. Assist in monitoring IT systems and infrastructure performance.
7. Document issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference.
8. Collaborate with other IT team members on ongoing projects.
