About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Implement and manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services to optimize business operations
2. Implement and manage ERPNext for process optimization and operational efficiency
3. Install and maintain IT and communication hardware such as servers, routers, switches, network devices, and telecommunication systems
4. Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, perform diagnostics, and implement repairs or replacements
5. Implement and maintain electronic and cyber security measures including surveillance systems, firewall configurations, access controls, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users for hardware, software, security, and system-related queries
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide timely solutions
8. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to propose innovative ICT strategies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
2. Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Business 365 Suite, SharePoint, and Azure services
3. Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles
4. Experience with access control systems and protocols
5. Strong command of programming languages such as Python, C++, HTML, and Java
