Key responsibilities:1. Counsel students by understanding their academic needs and career goals to recommend suitable courses and programs
2. Convert leads by following up on prospects generated from marketing campaigns and outreach activities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and sustained engagement
4. Stay updated on TAP Academy’s courses, programs, and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively
5. Manage CRM by tracking all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions
6. Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management
7. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to guide students through the admission process
8. Follow up consistently with potential students via calls, emails, and social media platforms
