About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s products/services.
2. Understand customer needs, pitch relevant offerings, and convert leads into sales.
3. Follow up with inbound inquiries and existing leads to drive conversions and closures.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
6. Handle objections effectively and address customer queries with clarity and confidence.
7. Coordinate with the field sales or operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
8. Share regular feedback from customers to improve sales scripts, product positioning, and communication strategy.
Requirements:
1. 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
2. Good command of English and regional language(s).
3. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
4. Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
5. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting is a plus.
6. Graduates preferred (any stream). Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
