About the Job
The candidate will play a vital role in assisting with sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our e-commerce platform. One should be passionate about gems, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales support: Assist senior sales staff in achieving sales targets by conducting product demonstrations, providing information about gemstones and jewelry, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
2. Customer engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and budget within the mid-priced segment.
3. Order processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all transactions are completed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Product knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the mid-priced segment products, including gemstones, jewelry collections, and accessories, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
5. Relationship building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, including following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
6. Sales reporting: Assist in maintaining sales records, updating customer profiles, and generating sales reports to track performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches within the mid-priced segment.
8. Continuous learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops.
