About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Engage with parents and introduce them to our innovative and engaging educational programs
2. Lead demo and diagnostic sessions for children and their parents to showcase our offerings
3. Promote and enroll students in our online courses covering robotics, AI, IoT, and more, while meeting sales targets
4. Maintain regular communication with families to ensure timely fee collections, including installment payments
5. Foster strong relationships, follow up consistently, and close sales with empathy and professionalism
6. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer engagement experience (EdTech is a plus)
3. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
4. A motivated, target-driven attitude with a heart for education
5. Freshers with excellent confidence and communication are welcome
