Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
2. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services
3. Convert inquiries into enrollments or appointments
4. Maintain daily records of calls and follow-ups
5. Collaborate with the marketing and training team for lead nurturing
