About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach efforts
2. Present product offerings effectively and convert prospects into customers
3. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track lead status regularly
4. Support new clients during the onboarding process
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with operations
6. Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback for product improvement
7. Achieve individual sales targets within defined timelines
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
1. Possess 0–1 years of experience in inside sales telesales or business development
2. Demonstrate prior exposure to exporters logistics freight forwarding or fintech domains as a strong advantage
3. Consider freshers with strong communication skills and interest in trade or finance
4. Hold a graduate degree in commerce business administration economics or international trade (preferred)
5. Present additional certifications in export management trade finance or sales as an added benefit
6. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
7. Show strong persuasion and follow-up skills with a result-oriented mindset
8. Be comfortable using CRM tools, Excel and digital platforms for lead management and onboarding
9. Display a self-starter attitude with high ownership and urgency
10. Be willing to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment
11. Show curiosity to learn about cross-border payments RBI or FEMA compliance and exporter workflows
